Token recovery is needed due to a lack of information or mistake, VHCEx will charge a minimum $100.00 fee for the service. Where token recovery is due to a deposit mistake, VHCEx may, in certain limited cases and in its sole discretion, attempt to assist to recover token(s) and will charge you fees as determined. Please note that the recovery process might take months.
Token recovery is a complex, expensive, risky and time-consuming process. VHCEx does not offer a token recovery service for deposit mistakes (e.g., deposits of tokens not supported by VHCEx or tokens sent to a wrong address). Please exercise extreme care when depositing tokens.
In limited cases, as determined by VHCEx in its sole and absolute discretion (e.g., significant losses resulting from one or multiple deposit mistakes), VHCEx may attempt to assist you in recovering your tokens. VHCEx may also charge you a recovery fee, based on the level of difficulty of the recovery and the time needed to help recover all or part of your tokens.
